Returns & refunds

We want you to be happy with every order. Here is exactly how returns work.

7-day return window

Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Keep your order reference to hand.

If anything arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it at no cost, including delivery.

For hygiene reasons, opened food products, powders and essential oils cannot be returned unless faulty.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method — Mobile Money and card refunds typically settle within 5 working days.

Original delivery charges are refunded only where the return is caused by our error.
